at the Rebel Ranch. The breeding program here at the Rebel concentrates
on bucks that show tremendous potential early in their lives. Typically,
three or more yearling bucks are utilized as breeders and then evaluated
based on their development in subsequent years. This turnover of
genetics has produced some wonderful results, with consistency of
quality being the primary goal.

SOS (SON OF STICKERS)
Purchased from the Morgan Ranch in the fall of 2007, this fantastic non-typical buck was utilized as the primary breeder buck in the Rebel Ranch pens in 2007. He scored 215” gross B&C as a two year old in 2007. SOS died in August of 2008, but his sons born in that year will be two year olds in 2010. Check back in the summer of 2010 to see the two year old sons of SOS growing antlers.
